Refund policy

At Kingdom-Kouture, we want you to love what you receive — because every order represents something meaningful. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your item and we'll make it right.

Our team will review your concern, and if your claim is validated, we'll happily send a complimentary replacement order at no cost to you. Getting you a product you're proud to wear is always our first priority.

If a replacement isn't possible or you simply can't wait for a new order to arrive, just let us know and we'll issue you a full refund.

Please note that because every Kingdom-Kouture item is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns. Should you choose to submit a new order, you will be responsible for the cost of that order.
